
Dr. Alan Tupponce
MD, FAAP (Pediatrician)
Dr. Alan Tupponce, MD, FAAP, is a board-certified pediatrician and Upper Mattaponi tribal citizen who has practiced pediatrics for more than 25 years. He graduated from King William High School in 1981 and went on to obtain his B.S. from Virginia Tech. After serving 5 years in the U.S. Navy as a microbiologist, he attended the University of New Mexico School of Medicine and completed his Pediatric Residency at the Children’s Hospital of Oklahoma.

Dr. Tupponce has served for 22 years as a Commissioned Officer in U.S. Public Health Service , within the Indian Health Service Department in Phoenix, Arizona. We welcome him to the Family!

Caitlin O’Conner
DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, FNP-C
Caitlin O’Conner is a dual board-certified family nurse practitioner dedicated to advancing community health through preventative medicine and education. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, UT and served as an active-duty Army nurse until 2020, gaining invaluable experience and skills in diverse healthcare settings.

Caitlin furthered her education by earning a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Baylor University in Dallas, TX, where she honed her expertise in clinical practice and healthcare leadership. As a current Army spouse, she understands the unique challenges faced by military families and is committed to serving her community with compassion and dedication.

Her passion lies in empowering individuals through health education and preventative care, ensuring that patients have the knowledge and resources they need to lead healthier lives. Caitlin is excited to make a positive impact in her community and is eager to contribute her skills and experience to promote wellness for all.

Raven Custalow
MSN, AGPCNP-BC, Nurse Practitioner
Raven Custalow, MSN, AGPCNP-BC, received her Master’s in Nursing with a specialization in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care from George Washington University. She has provided primary care for the past three years in the rural Northern Neck area.

Raven is a life-long resident of King William County. She is excited to bring her primary care experience to her local and surrounding area community members.
